SearchLeads provides verified lead lists, including personal phone numbers and emails, enriched using AI technology. The Service is provided at a rate of $3 per 1,000 leads.

3. PAYMENT AND PRICING

– Services are prepaid and non-refundable under any circumstances.

– Payments can be made through various methods, including credit card and PayPal.

– By making a payment, you acknowledge and agree that you waive any right to a chargeback.

4. USER RESPONSIBILITIES 

– Users must provide accurate and complete information when submitting an Apollo Search URL.

– Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account details and for all activities that occur under their account.

– Users must ensure that their use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

5. NO CHARGEBACK POLICY

– All payments are final, and users agree not to initiate any chargeback requests for any reason.

– In the event of a chargeback, Searchleads reserves the right to suspend or terminate the user’s account and pursue legal action to recover the funds.

– Users agree to indemnify and hold Searchleads harmless from any claims arising from a chargeback request.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

– Searchleads is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.

– The Service is provided “as is” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

7. DATA USAGE AND PRIVACY

– Users consent to the collection and use of their data as per our Privacy Policy.

– Searchleads ensures that all leads are verified and enriched using AI technology.

– Users acknowledge that data transmission over the internet is inherently insecure, and Searchleads cannot guarantee the security of data sent over the internet.

8. TERMINATION

– Searchleads reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice.

– Users may terminate their account at any time by contacting Searchleads customer support.

9. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

– Searchleads may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

– Users are responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms to ensure they are aware of any changes.

10. GOVERNING LAW

– These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the relevant jurisdiction.

– Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
