At SearchLeads.co, we maintain strict data quality standards to ensure the highest possible email deliverability and accuracy. Each dataset we provide undergoes rigorous verification and enrichment to minimize bounces. However, since deliverability can be affected by factors beyond our control, we have outlined the following Bounce Policy to ensure fairness and transparency.
Refund Eligibility
- We offer a credit refund if the overall hard bounce rate exceeds 3.5% of the total dataset delivered by SearchLeads.co.
- Refunds will be issued only when the total hard bounce rate across the entire dataset provided exceeds 3.5%.
- This policy does not apply to partial lists, segmented portions, or any subset of the delivered data.
- The amount of credits refunded will be equal to the number of verified hard-bounced emails exceeding the 3.5% threshold.
Usage Requirements
To maintain eligibility under this policy:
- The user must send campaigns only to emails marked as "Valid" or "Catch-All Valid" within the dataset.
- If the user includes any emails with statuses such as "Unknown," "Invalid," "Accept-All," "Unverified," or similar non-verified statuses, this policy will not apply.
- If the dataset provided by SearchLeads.co has been mixed, merged, or combined with data from any external or third-party source, resulting in an inflated bounce rate, the claim will be considered invalid.
Bounce Verification Requirements
To qualify for a credit refund:
- The client must provide verifiable proof that the reported bounces are hard bounces (e.g., "User does not exist," "Invalid domain," etc.).
- Soft bounces (temporary issues such as "Mailbox full," "Server timeout," "Greylisting," or sender domain issues) do not qualify for refunds, as they are related to the sender's infrastructure and not to data validity.
Reporting Procedure
- The client must submit a bounce report within 7 days of campaign execution.
- The report must include:
- The complete sending list used.
- Bounce logs or SMTP response codes for each bounced email.
- The total sent, delivered, and bounced counts.
- SearchLeads.co will verify the data against our internal logs and validate the classification before issuing applicable credit refunds.
General Disclaimer
This policy applies only to datasets purchased and delivered directly by SearchLeads.co. We are not responsible for bounces or deliverability issues caused by:
- Sender domain or IP reputation
- SMTP misconfiguration or lack of warm-up
- Spam filtering, throttling, or blacklisting
- Inclusion of third-party or unverified data sources
- Modifications or manipulations made to the original dataset
SearchLeads.co reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the above conditions or that cannot be verified with sufficient evidence.
